Adiradh offers the Doble LCM500 Leakage Current Monitor, a portable diagnostic instrument designed to assess the condition of in-service metal oxide surge arresters (MOSA). It measures total leakage current and resistive leakage current to help evaluate the insulation condition and performance of surge arresters. Moreover, it uses third-order harmonic analysis with compensation to assess arrester condition while the equipment remains in service.

The LCM500 measures total leakage current from 200 A to 16,000 A and resistive current from 0 to 9,000 A. Furthermore, it records operating voltage and temperature during field measurements and automatically normalizes measurement results for comparison under standard conditions. Its wireless current probe, field antenna and rechargeable battery support convenient field inspections. Additionally, the instrument can store up to 1,000 surge arrester IDs and associated measurements. Therefore, it is suitable for electrical substations, power utilities, transmission networks and industrial facilities involved in surge arrester maintenance and condition monitoring.
